Bilingual Mental Health Resources

Based on a study Catie conducted in 2025, the most ethically concerning challenge faced by bilingual mental health professionals in Texas is their limited access to quality, culturally relevant Spanish versions of the myriad of text resources that mental health professionals use in their practice. This page was created to address this need in two ways --

1) By pulling together some of the validated, professional translations of mental health tools that are already openly available online

2) By creating a space where you -- bilingual mental health professionals -- can share text resources with each other.
