Bilingual Mental Health Practice

Catie's research focuses on the unique skill set and challenges of bilingual (English and Spanish) mental health providers. She can provide trainings geared toward different sectors of your agency (licensed professionals, receptionist/secretarial staff, organizational leadership, etc.) and she is available for consultation in this area. 

Self-Care and Burnout Prevention

School Social Work

As a school social worker in public elementary schools for 6 years, I worked on a variety of multidisciplinary teams to address student behavior, family engagement, culturally competent school practices, mental health at school, staff wellness, and more. Group Facilitation

Do you need help building connection and engagement for a large group of diverse participants? Catie offers expertise in group facilitation for a variety of settings and contexts. For example, she has worked since 2023 as a community session facilitator for Stephen F. Austin State University's Project RAICES workshops that bring together university students, faculty, public school teachers, and parents of English-Spanish bilingual students
