Immigration evaluations are a thorough assessment in support of your immigration case that is conducted by a mental health professional with specialized training. The final written report can include information about trauma, current impact on daily functioning, recommendations and more.

What to Expect
The evaluator, who is bilingual in English and Spanish, will speak with your attorney to gather crucial information about the case, then we will schedule 1-2 interviews with the client via video call. Interviews typically last 1-2 hours each. After eliciting feedback from the attorney, the final report will be submitted. Typical time for completion is about 2 weeks.

La evaluadora, que es bilingüe en inglés y español, hablará con el abogado para recopilar información crucial sobre el caso, luego programaremos 1 o 2 entrevistas con el cliente mediante una videollamada. Las entrevistas suelen durar entre 1 a 2 horas. Después de coordinar con el abogado, se enviará el informe final. El tiempo típico para completarlo es de aproximadamente 2 semanas.
Fees
Depending on the complexity of the case, the cost of the evaluation is between $650-$1,200. Additional fees may apply if more time than typical is required to complete the evaluation, or if the evaluator is required to testify in court. Half of the payment is due before starting the evaluation and the full payment is due before the final report is submitted.
Tarifas
Dependiendo de la complejidad del caso, el costo de la evaluación es de entre $700 a $1,200. Pueden aplicarse tarifas adicionales si su evaluacion requiere más tiempo del habitual para completarse o si se requiere que la evaluadora testifique en el tribunal.
